Fun Fall Fotos

Since I am terrible about updating the BLOG, here are some of my favorite photos from the past couple of months.

Beau took swim lessons again in October. He really seems to love the water and it was awesome having his older friend, Molly, in the class for him to imitate. He now puts himself under the water like a hippo and isn't afraid to "swim" to you underwater.

The Next American Idol?? Probably not if he sings like Dustin or I!

Yes, he is wearing a "leash." We haven't ever used it, but he loves having a monkey on his back.

We have tried to be true Bronco fans this year, but we seem to be bad luck when we dress up!

The zebra has been the best dollar store purchase.

Beau is quite the Rockies fan and went to several games this past season. He lasted through the whole game most of the time.

Beau is ready for some real golfing.

Maybe it would be more stylish to golf in mom's high heels?

Our apples trees were overflowing this year and I did my best to make lots of applesauce, dried apples, and freeze some for pies. Beau really enjoyed eating them and I had to watch him to make sure he didn't eat the bad ones.

Beau and Mason did some shopping at the grocery store at the Children's Museum

Mason is one cute train engineer!

One of Beau's favorite shows is The Backyardigan's, so mom took him to Storytime Live. I am not sure he really understood that the people were supposed to be the Backyardigan's, but we had fun.
Of course I bought him a shirt, Dustin wasn't there!

Halloween 2010

Last year when we went trick-or-treating, we saw a little boy dressed as an adorable golfer and knew that was what Beau was going to be this year. Lucky for us, it turned out it was a friend of a friend and we were able to borrow the costume! We started practicing trick-or-treating in early October.

Beau trying on his costume. He thought that it might look good with water socks.

I am not a huge baker, but we decided to make some egg free Halloween sugar cookies and they turned out really good.

We went to Kids Halloween Town with our friends Beth and Ava. It turned out to be quite an adventure since Beau started screaming and crying when he saw the people dressed in costumes. Luckily, they were really nice and showed him that there was a person in side. He still was pretty uncomfortable, but was brave.

Beau is obviously going to have a sweet tooth because even though he was scared of the wolf he had no problem walking right up to him to get candy!
Beau went right into the jumping castle and I had to pull him out.
We went to the trick-or-treat street at Ralston Valley High School, Tony teaches there, again this year. Beau loved getting candy and I had to keep him from helping himself.

Last year we bought a pumpkin, but never carved it. This time we carved it about 15 minutes before we went trick-or-treating.
Our Kitty Pumpkin. Dustin did a great job.

Uncle Spencer made a visit to the pro for a few golf tips.

Grandma and Corbin were able to stop by and check out Beau's costume.
We had quite the entourage for trick-or-treating. Grandpa was Beau's caddy for the evening.

Quinn the dinosaur, Sebastian the dragon, and Beau the golfer.

We stopped by to visit the newest guy in the neighborhood, Landon.
